Want to take your basic practice to the next level? This workshop builds upon the foundations of asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work) to help you develop a stronger practice.

Expect to gain strength and flexibiilty in body, mind, and spirit! (Participation in Yoga 101 is not a mandatory prerequisite.)
